Good addition to downtown We've been there about 6-7 times now and have never been disappointed. Pho is better than any other pho you can get in town and the noodle dishes are great. Grilled salmon, chicken and beef all have good flavor. We've havent had any issues with the service. Overall it is good and we'll continue to go there for lunch at least once a week. |

Pho-NO! If you enjoy listening to techno blaring through the sound system, poor service and overpriced food this is the place for you! I don't know who these folks are who received such stellar service, but this place is a disaster. I was really excited to try this place and walked out feeling ripped off. Definitely not going back.  |

Terrible Do not waste your time or money on the Pho Nouveau. The dining room was filthy from dirty floors to noodle covered windows. The service was horrible and it wasn’t because the place was packed. We had to request napkins, utensils, chili sauce etc, of course we had to interrupt the server’s cell phone conversation in order to procure these basic elements. When the food finally arrived we were given a tray of unwashed and half rotten garnish, topped with 4 spoons covered in multicolored crust. The Pho tasted like chlorine and dishwater, beware this establishment has headed south, save your money. |

Rehearsal dinner We had the rehearsal dinner for our wedding here for 23 people and it was fantastic! The service was impeccable, the food delicious, and all of our guests were so impressed. Beautifully decorated and easy to get to! Will definitely be going back!  I cannot get enough of the crispy spring rolls! The soup was exquisite, and the spicy beef scruptious! |

YUM wow - made it to Pho Nouveau for their soft launch lunch service today . . . beef pho is amazing. crepes looked amazing (my fellow diner's choice). i can't express enough how excited i am to have this restaurant downtown. i can tell it's easily going to be in the top of the 'places i love to eat'. |
