The food, the service and the ambiance at any of the El Herradero restaurants here in Pocatello, Idaho is all outstanding. I first dined from their "Taco Bus" in Cal Ranch parking lot and still do. But if you want to sit down and dine in, I would highly recommend the restaurants they have opened in Pocatello and Chubbuck. Having traveled extensively deep into central Mexico I can say their food it very authentic, very delicious and they have a wide range of menu items to choose from. The restaurants also serve a variety of beers/wines.
