I would like to be able to give you a fair food judgment! However the three rude people at the door didn't even give us the chance to try it. After a recommendation, we drove all the way out to get told you were all booked up for reservations (not without a couple of eye rolls and drowning in snot snob faces.) So... Since it was late and my birthday dinner(I chose to try you for my birthday) we just went to Rudy's bar and grill next door. I decided to call you and see how soon I could get in (just because I knew you were not being honest) ... Guess what? Immediately... All of a sudden all your reservations canceled and there was immediate patio seating. Not!!! You guys make a crappy first impression... Your food probably isn't any better than your rude servers or your so called Service! Thank God for Facebook, Twitter, Google and and word of mouth! We won't give you another opportunity.... You lost a permanent customer and I will be sure to pass on the info. BTW... I'm sitting at Rudy's looking at your empty patio... Sad for a Friday night.

We live about a mile from Ginos' new location and like to go there about once a month. Gino personally makes himself available to the guests and your are more likely than not to have him greet you at your table at some point duing the evening. What I noticed was the quality and clenliness of the salads. I mean when every single leaf of geens is tender and perfect you know that the rest of the meal is going to be lorded over in the kitchen as well. The food is fantastic, and oh yes, authentic and there is plenty of it. My complaint would be that reservations are getting more difficult. We just called well ahead of time for a Saturday night and can't get in until 8:30.

I totally agree with the Chicago businessman, however don't let one bad employee spoil everything for you, speak up! Talk to the owner or manager to let them know whats up.
The employees can make or break your business.. I've seen companies in our area who are out of business in a year's time and more times than not its because the staff had no idea how to treat a customer.

Took clients to dinner based on one of the local's recommendation. Food was good. I had the chicken piccata, nice classic preparation with an interesting twist with lemon zest for a granish. Accompanied cheese ravioli was not homemade, a bit disappointing since I heard the sister restaurant across the street featured pasta. Our server was a different story. From the moment we walked in she treated us like unexpected, unwanted guests. While her service was quick and efficient, she wouldn't acknowledge requests, made no eye contact, and couldn't crack a smile to save her tip. Geez - is this why we go out to eat? We go out to have a good time, enjoy our dining mates, and have a nice meal. However good the food was, could not overcome how unwelcome the server made us feel. Note to restaurateurs: your servers are your salespeople. If they have no people skills, lose them. They only do you harm. I travel to Boise often, but won't head back there anytime soon.
