Slow service but good
When you walk up to Asiago's you feel as if you are entering a rich establishment. The setting inside is very formal with an authentic italian feel to it. You feel classy as you are seated and the atomphsere makes you feel like you are the only one there with your date. The food was amazing and there was quite a selection to choose from. The only bad thing was the service was very slow. Our waitress took about 15 to 20 mins to come back to our table, even when we had given her our cards to pay for the meal. The price is that of Olive Garden, it is a bit expensive but worth it if your wanting to treat someone special

	great food My wife had the tenderloin (juicy, tender & flavorful) & I had the veal on pasta. Both were awesome. One more piece of veal would have made the dinner a "10". Will return.

Well, information can be furnished for free if someone was willing to read.
On March 20th, 2008 Asiago had two violations from the health department, didn't know that did you 'Boise Lover' so let me fill you in right now; #1) Area B: Violation Cross Contamination - Food surfaces clean; Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils that are used in contact with potentially hazardous foods are not cleaned and sanitized properly. #2) Area B: Violation Cross Contamination - Toxic substances identified:Only those poisonous or toxic materials that are required for the operation and maintenance of a food establishment are allowed to be present, shall be used properly and stored so that they can not contaminate food, equipment, linens, single-service or single-use articles. Everyone that raves about the food, should ask, why everything is drenched in heavy sauces? Like the french chefs, who made sauces to cover up bad product.
Again, watch where you eat, where you stick you fork, who know what you may fish up from the bottom of the pool of heavy cream, it may be a worst nightmare or a unbeliveable dream.

Portions at lunch are so generous that I usually split a dish of pasta & a salad with whoever I am with. Flavors are superior to Gino's, that' fer dang sure...

	... I love the food and service at this resturant. What I do not like is the fact that you can see into the kitchen area. You can also hear. I was dining there on a Sunday evening with my boyfriend and sat at the table right next to the window( farthest one from kitchen) and I could hear the Guns and Roses song coming from the radio in the kitchen. Other than this I have nothing bad to say.
