fantastic atmosphere and food My wife, daughter, and I went to De Paris last night (friday). Ive been to Paris France and it felt like I was back there again ! It reminded me of a quaint little cafe there. The food was fantastic. We had the blue crab cakes and escargot for appetizers, both were delicious. My wife got a salad that was absolutely delicious with goat milk cheese. For dinner I had the kobe beef filet. In true french style it had a sauce with it and wow was it good. this is one of those sauces thats sooo amazing you could eat a pair of socks in it and love it. The deserts were authentically french. My wife has a chocolate eclair which was tasty. I had some fancy dish with grand marnier, strawberrys, cream, and something else in there. It was amazing. They have a great selection of french wines along with italian and some domestic. The service was great. Two wonderful ladies attended to our great meal with a smile and friendly attitude. My daughter had a great time talking to the servers like they were her big sisters. They have outdoor seating and indoor as well. The place is walk-in friendly and pet friendly too. Two couples eating outside had their dogs with them. Overall I highly recommend this place. Great food, great service, and wonderful atmosphere. what else can you ask for |

Refreshingly upscale bohemian Le Cafe de Paris has been at this location for over five years. Their new chef, Riley, has changed the approach to cuisine, emphasizing high quality ingredients obtained from local farmers and producers, exquisite balancing of flavors (really!), and very limited use of sauces. The result is healthier, tastier and more fun. This food tastes excellent. Standbys - french onion soup, croissants and chicken in puff pastry - still charm regulars but the new black cod, for instance, is a delicacy. The presentation is stylish and the service always attentive and friendly. Lattes and now various new drinks (champagne with peach schnapps is refereshing in the heat), compliment a judiciously chosen wine list. If you haven't been to "Cafe," in a while, make a point of going again soon. Open for lunch daily, dinner except Sunday and Monday, with brunch on weekends. |
