Russian Bear Cafe is a small restuarant with a very intimate appeal to it. The walls are decorated with photos from the owners native home with some soft music playing in the background. The entire area is visualy pleasing. The menu is small choice wise. The stuffed cabbages are ok, my tastebuds arent very tuned in to russian food ( i've never had any before) but to me they were kind of tasteless. The pasta dish I had was good as was the drunk russian crepe however the red wine is somewhat strong in that dish. The prices are ok, a bit high but not as bad as other restuarants.

After eating there yesterday, my friend Patty, one of the worlds best cooks as far as I'm concerned, claimd that the cutlets (meatballs) were the best she'd ever tasted. Even this moerning she was still talking about how delicious the potatoes were. As for my pelmeni, even Nana's weren't that good.

I enthusiastically recommend Oleg's and Svetlana's cooking!!
Oh, yeah, the beer's very good, too.

	Excellent kebab! I am Italian and I never had russian food before, I did not know what to expect. I had russian kebab. It was EXCELLENT. The best kebab that I ever had. They make it in front of your eyes and they make it only on Fridays and Saturdays for dinner. I really liked the Russian Cafe, very nice place to eat and get homemade food.

I almost cried today after I had cabbage rolls at Russian Bear. My family left Ukraine when I was a little boy and I always remembered my grandma’s cabbage rolls so tender and tasty. Today we finally decided to visit Russian café and I wanted to try my favorite dish. I was so concerned and afraid that my childhood memories might be ruined. But cabbage rolls was so good that for a second I thought that my grandma was cooking in the kitchen. I want to thank from the bottom of my heart the owners of Russian Bear for such a wonderful treat. I will definitely bring all my friend to try your cabbage rolls. Wish you best. Aaron.

A little more expensive than what we're used to in the valley, but certainly worth the money. Excellent service, super excellent. You're getting a home cooked meal here. Not some frozen bag of cisco, reheated and plated. Their beer seletion is up and down, but thats because its good, and hard to keep in stock. Stay away from the Baltika #6, seriously don't drink it (its my favorite and if you don't drink it, there's more for me)

	Excellent Crepes!! The service was wonderful. Only a few people there and they were so helpful with suggesting which crepe to eat. What they did not tell me was what a great deal it was (such a huge crepe for such a low price!) or how wonderful it would taste! I should say beyond excellent!
