Outstanding service
My wife and I were visiting Boise, ID. Dined at P.F.Chang's downtown on two evenings. Every employee gave us excellent service. On our second visit, when I began to dine, I suddenly fancied another entree instead of the one I had just started on. I insisted on paying for both entrees, they would hear none of it. I remember the name of the waiter, Shawn. Elaine waited on us on our first visit. These guys are awesome!

I love P.F. Chang's. Their lettuce wraps are excellent and the Dan Dan Noodles are my favorite. I don't know what the other meals look like (since I only order the Dan Dan Noodles) but my portion is HUGE!! I always have 1/2 of it left for lunch the next day and it is very resonably priced.

Very Expensive. Food is delicious and good enviroment. But the portions are small and the prices are inflated.

I like haute Chinese and martinis... so what?
With all due respect, imablondedah is missing the point here. PFs doesn't claim to offer authentic Chinese cuisine prepared by Chinese people. In fact, their website clearly states that a combination of flavors are prepared using "Mandarin STYLE" methods. Personally, I appreciate the departure from ho-hum Chinese food and relish PFs lively atmosphere.

I'm skilled in Chinese Food and this isn't it.
I have family who still live in villages in China and I have eaten real Chinese food before and this is soooo not it. It's so Americanized I am truthfully ashamed to call it "Chinese" food. The staff was nice but nice doesn't make up for a large bill and disappointing food. If you like to spend a lot of money on okay food well go for it but you won't find Chinese there.

Too spendy for the average person to lunch there
Food tastes good but portions are small for the price, which is SIGNIFICANT. Give me good old Yen Ching any time....large portions, very tasty, served by people I have known for years and CARE about (the feeling is mutual). I think what we are mostly paying for at PF Changs is their overhead.

Shrimp is awesome
Kung Pao Shrimp is our favorite dish and the lettuce wraps were a hit with the kids. We always have great service and they give a complimentary dessert on your birthday.

Good food and excellent service
It's eactly the same food quality when we were in other states of the country. Service is always great. Our favorite is Oolong marinated sea bass. The tea selection is good as well, and never seen such style of tea pots in other Chinese restaurants, which mostly use white ceramic teapots.

Great Service, beautiful decor , food unimpressive
Beautiful setting, wonderful, attentive staff -- but the food really was only so-so. I was disappointed that the food left much to be desired.
