Chef express is the best authentic chineese food I've had in some time
The absolutely best General's Chicken in the world! I don't care that the place is small, or the service reflects the lack of business(that less couth customers would assume means the people are rude, rather than hard working). The man who runs the place is humble, traditional, and a very good authentic cook. He uses many family recipes and is actually quite friendly to chat with while waiting for food. Those with complaints are probably used to more americanized cooking(and I'm not chinese

	Rude but great food I dont think any of the people who work there have social skills. Not very polite. Just order your food and get out. The food is amazing! And you get alot for a decent price. I recommend the pork fried rice and generals chicken. The place looks like a hole in the wall but the food will make up for that. Yummy

I'm suprised that this comapny actually stays in business. I can't belive how rude the delivery staff is. The food is a nother issue. I purchased the chow mein. It was so greasy, I couldn't even finish 10 bites. They need to go back to school and learn how to cook for people. I would reccomend that you find some other place to get your delivery from.

When we called to have either new food delivered or a refund, the guy who answered the phone hung up on us. Not to mention that the food was so hot when they put it in the take out boxes, that they melted and dripped all over one another, which made for a pretty disgusting mess. Don't ever eat there. The food isn't that good; its bland, and is usually filled mostly with gravy.
