Candace catered my Grandma's 80th birthday bash, and I have to say I was very impressed with how much thought she put into our menu. She was extremely creative with a limited budget. Everything we had was something new, a budget was not limiting for Candace, but a challenge and she was able to take my whole family on a culinary adventure the likes of which we've never seen.
Her bacon wrapped figs were amazing, and didn't last long, and the endive with raspberry cream cheese and walnuts was fabulous. She and her assistant were quiet, noninvasive, but kind, and attentive. I will utilize Candace and her talents again and again, simply because she was everything I expect from a catering company. I am very impressed. She is very personable and informative and flexible. Thanks Candace, for making Grandmas last remembered birthday memorable for even her!!!!

The previous comment about Bella Sera Catering is ridiculous. Seems to me this person had a personal problem with Candace and decided to take it out on her business and. I have had many caterings done by Candace and so have many of my friends and coworkers and we were always impressed by her personally and professionally. I strongly recommend her services to anyoen as you can clearly see from all the previous comments about her. Dont let Susan whoever she is deceive you, Idaho eats is a professional service for the people not a way to attack people for personal reasons. Way to go Bella Sera Catering you a 10 in my book.

	Not everything its cracked up to be! I've personally had Candace's food at one of her events, and I have to say it's not all it's cracked up to be. I thought her personality was terrible, not personable in any way. The food was cold and the line for the food was not planned well. It was like throwing a baby into a pack of lions and expecting it to tame the beasts. No talent whatsoever!

I had the oppertunity to go a benfit dinner in which Bella Sera was catering at this last Saturday. I have to admit I was not only impressed, but blowen away. There was a lot of children and adults there and I would think it would of been problems for most caters. Candace's employees handled everything so professionaly. Even talking and to people as they worked and enjoyed what they were doing at the same time. I have been at other benifits where the caters never said anything to the people they were serving like robots not enjoying and making it fun for everyone. I was talking with one of the gentlemen named Adam, and he was quite knowledgeable of all the foods and how long before fresh things would be available.
Great job, and I have one of your cards incase ANY of my friends are having doubts on who to call and ask to cater their next party or event.
You would be crazy not to try Bella Sera!!!!!!
