bad people
I use to work at the Bent Fork and sure the food is good, however if you actually knew what went on there you probably wouldn’t eat there again. The managers are unprofessional and the owner treats his employees as if they are below him. (His own son couldn't even put up with him so he quit)
If you happen to go in there after the lunch rush you'll find the manager "Mayo" sitting at the bar drinking until the restaurant closes. It may not sound bad, however by the time dinner starts; he's on his pill popping alcoholic rage’s yelling at everyone for his mistakes. Not to mention that he drives home drunk every night (and the owner condones it).
Roger, Amanda, & "Mayo" also talk bad about their customers just as bad as they treat their employees. All you have to do is really listen and you’ll hear it.
I'm not telling you not to eat there, I'm just informing my fellow Caldwell people of what they do at this establishment and hope that the customers see how they treat the people that make and serve the food. And I can guarantee that someone will comment that I’m just a disgruntled employee trying to get back at them. so have at it, everyone’s entitled to their opinion.
