So new it's not showing up with this site's search function! North of Sizzler on West side of Eagle Rd. A lot of very basic steakhouse foods on the menu. A warning: The potato cakes, a side, have bacon. If you aren't into that, be warned.
The steaks: super great. These are from local cows, hence the name of the place. I don't think a better steak is available around here, though I've not tried Chandler's yet. The best steaks I've ever had were in Buenos Aires, so I'm not so foolish as to say these are the best anywhere. But, these were well-cooked, and had very good beefy flavor, and someone with a clue salted them. The sides I tried were good, which were the smashed potatoes and baked Idaho russet. Also available, pastas, seafood, salads, appetizers. c**ktails good. Dessert: They have the potato-shaped ice cream, which my brother-in-law tried. It looks surprisingly like a potato. Go figure. The favorite dessert, though, was the bread pudding. It is just a shockingly large serving, enough for 4 people. It was a little dry both times, maybe it could benefit from a nice vanilla custard sauce or some half-and-half to pour over. Apparently the chocolate cake is also ridiculously large.

Service: We wanted to take him home, admittedly a weird reaction. Competent, not dumb, knew what he was talking about and what was going on. Atmosphere: well-designed, a large facility with sections partially separated, sound blocked well. Original art on the walls, is available for purchase fyi. Seemed to be having some trouble with even heating, the dining room was cold but the bathrooms were nice and toasty. Seems like they would be able to handle large groups with ease. Not for everyday for us, quite spendy!

First time jitters
We tried this shortly after it opened and I am hoping it was "new business" jitters. Service was mediocre, at best. Food arrived at different times. We were a part of 6 and most of us got our food at different times. Quality was good, but the bill reflected a restaurant on par with Mortons or McCormick and Schmick. It did NOT measure up to that standard. Atmosphere is nice an airy. I hope it was just "new" restaurant problems. We will have to wait quite a while before we return, at those prices we did not feel that the quality matched the price.
