	Great food and Great Service I love the flank steak and the cheddar hash and the salad wedge and all the appetizers and of course the great service. Highly recommend this establishment. The bar is not bad either - lots of TVs.

	PREMIER DINING EXPERIENCE! I love steak. The Flank Steak at the Castle Ranch Steakhouse is my FAVORITE in Boise and in fact the entire Treasure Valley. It is so flavorful and so tender. Generous portion and Serene Southwestern Atmosphere. Found it at the Holiday Inn Boise Airport. It was right off the freeway. Very Nice Indeed!

Montana boy knows the best steaks in Boise and I KNOW STEAK!
The Castle Ranch Steak house serves hands down the best bone in ribeye in Boise and quite possibly the entire state of Idaho. I pride myself on not only knowing a good steak but fancy myself a pretty darn good BBQ man as well. I assure you that you will not find a better steak than one served at Castle Ranch Steak House located in the lobby of the Holiday Inn by the airport in Boise
